Our Caregivers

Skilled in caring for clients at home.

Our caregivers are among the best in the industry—highly trained and with supervisory staff that is dedicated to mentoring and providing ongoing professional development.

Our Selection Process

The SmithLife Homecare process for inviting new caregivers to join our family is thorough and demanding. Not only are we verifying professional and regulatory qualifications, we are ensuring that all of our nurses and caregivers embrace our culture. This means that your caregivers are not just highly skilled, they are compassionate individuals who are focused on all of your needs.

Program Managers

SmithLife Homecare program managers are here to help our caregivers help you. Program managers are always available by telephone or to meet with you in person to learn more about how we can continue to improve our services. If you’d like to reach out to one of our program managers, please call 301-816-5020.
